Originally a social group for like minded women to come together once a year to connect, network and share resources, Founder and President of Outstanding Ladies with Attitude, Kafilat Amokomowo wanted to create something more than an annual experience. She wanted to provide a space where women could come to unite, build, strengthen, motivate and most of all create a bond with one another.
What better than a badass sisterhood?
During the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown, Kafilat Amokomowo decided to use the time to reconnect with women who were also navigating through this thing called life. As weeks went on, Kafilat connected like-minded women who were looking to conquer personal, business and educational goals while giving back to the community. In the attempt to reach their goals, they learned the true definition of what sisterhood really meant when having to navigate through life's trials and tribulations.
With that, Outstanding Ladies with Attitude transitioned over and birthed

Raised in Atlanta, Georgia Deanna Darcel dishes out raw, real non-traditional motivation to whomever wants to hear. Her daily mission is to empower women to do whatever they want.
I am a Music Management graduate of Georgia State University. Since graduating in May of 2017, I have earned the titles of consultant, A&R, and manager to independent recording artists and industry executives. I take much pride in my networking skills and my ability to connect with people in all aspects of the music industry.
Audrey Williamson is proud to serve as the founding Vice President of Kappa Theta Lamda, Inc. She joins our sisterhood with a myriad of personal and professional accomplishments.
Graduate of American Military University. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health. For over 13 years, I have been the co-owner of New Wave Carpet and Tile Care, LLC.

Kenisha is the Owner and Operator of Another Round Mobile Bartending Service LLC and founder of a Non- Profit Organization called "4 The Love of Arts" which gives children in her community the chance and opportunities to experience and learn music in a professional studio setting.
